Racking Systems Available:
Pallet Racks:
Next Level Warehouse Solutions offers the most proven, up-to-date concept in a boltless, easy
to assemble, durable storage racking system. You will see that precision parts are manufactured to provide ease in
assembly. Our pallet racks have the capabilities to quickly handle changes to meet your needs today, as well as a
wide range of applications for tomorrow’s storage.
Frames Available:
Standard-Duty Rack: The basic systems of modular pallet racking for all regular storage applications, with strength and safety at realistic costs.
- Medium-Duty Rack: The popular range of pallet racking in seismic areas.
- Heavy-Duty Rack: Features 3" square columns. A rack system for the heavier loads and the high rise, high cube application.
- Super-Duty Rack: Re-Enforced Uprights These uprights are offered on application only. The uprights offer additional strengths where impact properties or greater load requirements are needed. Subject to inquiry.
First In/First Out Racks:
Introducing the DeepFlo(tm) Pallet Storage System... the high density, first-in/first-out
storage system that reduces your warehousing costs while it increases your total usable storage space.
The DeepFlo System maximizes your storage density by putting gravity to work. The system’s
flow-through gravity-fed design allows pallet loads placed at the entry end of the system to flow under continuous speed
control to the discharge end for convenient, timely removal. As a result, pallets automatically index for accumulation.
As pallets in different lanes are unloaded, those located behind move forward as replacements. If the storage lane, or stock keeping unit (SKU), is empty, the pallet load moves to the first position.
The DeepFlo System also transforms wasted aisle space into valuable FIFO storage, with flow
lane depth limited only by the size of your building. So you can put nearly every foot of floor and air space to profitable
use. It’s as remarkable, and as effective, as it sounds.
Top Left: Single-aisle push-in system provides four times the usable pallet picking faces as a drive-in rack system
and twice as many as a two-aisle flow-through system.
Top Right: Two-aisle full pallet pick with one-deep fixed and six-deep DeepFlo System. Provides storage faces for
slow-moving good and maximum pallet positions for fast-movers.
Middle: Two-aisle order-pick from single case flow or pallet flow rack for slow moving less than pallet load
applications. Three-deep push-in or eight-deep flow-through rack above order-pick aisle provides back0up supply of full
pallets. One-deep rack replenishes cases to the single-case order-pick flow rack.
Bottom: Two-aisle full pallet storage with two-level case order-pick system is ideal for applications requiring many
order-pick faces.
First In/Last Out Racks:
Experience the advantage of High Density Drive-In Rack at 100% utilization with the aisle pick schemes of live pallet gravity Flow Racks!
NLWS Push Back Rack innovative design provides for a "first-in last-out" storage system for up to four pallets deep!
Loading:
- Set first pallet on the top cart.
- Using the second pallet, push the first pallet and cart back to access next cart and set down pallet.
- Using the third pallet, again push the first and second pallets and carts back and set down pallet.
- Repeat the above step and set the last pallet down.

Retrieving:
- Simply lift and remove the accessible pallet; the remaining pallets move forward to the aisle

Cantilever Racks:
The cantilever rack is a multi level, high storage, high cube specialty steel rack, designed to
handle hundreds of different types and sizes of products with freedom from upright column interference - easier product removal and replacement.
A cantilever rack is ideal for storing items of non-uniform size, items easily susceptible to damage,
and items or materials that tend to be great in length.
Examples:
- Pipe and Tubing
- Appliances
- Furniture
- Lumber and Wood Products
- Merchandise and Large Boxes
- Bar Stock and Rods

Features:
- Unmatched Flexibility for Varying Storage Needs
- High Strength
- Fast and Easy Installatioin
- Fast, no-tool assembly. Bracket pins engage and lock from both sides in a controlled position - the bracket inserted inward and seats down into the body of the upright corners clamping the arm bracket securely to the column - As the load is increased, a greater clamping action is applied with all flat surfaces in contact, creating more rigidity in the solid interlocking of the two parts.
|
Drive In Racks:
Drive-in pallet racks requires fewer aisles, allowing you to store up to 75% more pallets in the same space.
Drive-In Rack is used to store many pallets of a similar SKU or product. Lift trucks drive into the rack to extract the first pallet they come to. This is "Last-In, First-Out" storage.
Single Entry Drive In Rack:
Single Entry Racks - lift trucks can enter the rack from only one side.
|
|
Double Entry Drive In Rack:
Double Entry Racks - lift trucks can enter from both sides or a row of racks. The center of the rack row is stabilized by a beam.
|
When should you specify Drive-In Racks?
- Drive-In and Drive-Through Racks are perfect for cold storage applications, due to the need to store as many pallets as possible in as little expensive freezer space as possible.
- When you have seasonal items that move quickly out of your inventory.
- When you have a large amount of similar items that can be stored in a single pallet position and accessed last-in, first-out
- If you don’t store a wide variety of loads in the rack.
Do not be intimidated by City and County requirements! See our permit acquisition page.
